No shoot, adult-oriented collaboration, monetized content, or publication should proceed without appropriate written agreements.

Confidentiality / NDA language placement

NDA expectations should appear in three places: the collaboration form checkbox, this Model Release page, and the actual signed NDA/collaboration agreement. The signed document—not the website alone—is what should protect private identity details, legal names, addresses, personal contact information, unreleased materials, and production details.

Boundaries and consent

Concept, wardrobe, boundaries, publication channels, compensation, usage rights, and takedown limitations should be discussed and documented before production begins.
